The striking 53 storey tower, located south of Roy Thomson Hall on the south side of Wellington St. just west of Simcoe St., rises above a five storey podium containing the hotel lobby and other fine hotel amenities. The contemporary design is the result of the collaboration of Toronto based Page and Steele Architects Planners and New York base Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates Architects and Planners.

The suites have 10 feet high ceilings, and 12 feet high ceilings in the penthouse suites with European style design kitchens and a selection of the finest quality and finishes. The units range from elegant one bedroom suites to luxurious10, 000 sq. feet penthouse suites with panoramic views of downtown Toronto and Lake Ontario. Completed winter 2011.
