TRUMP INTERNATIONAL HOTEL TOWER, TORONTO

The Trump International Tower Toronto at 325 Bay Street is the first Trump property built in Canada soaring sixty storeys from the corner of Bay St and Adelaide in the epicenter of Toronto’s financial district.  This luxury high rise condominium and hotel residence is located in the center of Toronto’s downtown finest restaurants, shopping, and entertainment venues. Designed by James K.M. Cheng Architects and Young Wright Architects, the hotel will occupy the first 17 floors of a 430 million, 65 storey tower. Luxury condominiums priced from $800, 000 to more than 10 million will be located on the upper levels. The hotel features a three storey lobby with a cafe, a mezzanine level restaurant overlooking University Avenue. The award winning Shangri- La hotel and resort spa Chi will be on premises.

THE FOUR SEASONS PRIVATE RESIDENCES
